BrightBird (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/790824/07) respects your privacy. This notice explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us when you email, call or message us, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and any details, files or images you share about your request.

This website has no forms, does not ask you to log in, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, drafts and orders.
• To deliver the work or products you ask for, and to keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to do the work, such as our email provider, and only as far as necessary. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa, with appropriate protections in place.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires, after which it is deleted or destroyed.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@brightbird.marketing and we will respond personally.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
